Important for Minor Applicants:
If the applicant is under 18 years of age, this form must be completed by the parent or legal guardian, who must provide the required consents.

Important:
To submit an application, the adult applicant or the parent ⁄ legal guardian of a minor applicant must provide the required consents, including permission to share scholarship achievement. Applications without these compulsory consents cannot be processed.

After Submission:
Acknowledgement of your submission will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folder, and retain the acknowledgement safely for future reference.

  • Eligibility for Scholarship Applicants:

    1. Students who have passed SSC and joined Junior Intermediate are eligible if they have secured 540 marks or above in SSC.
    2. Students who have joined Senior Intermediate are eligible if they have secured:
      1. 90% or above in MPC in Junior Intermediate;
      2. 80% or above in BiPC in Junior Intermediate; or
      3. 70% or above in MEC, CEC or HEC in Junior Intermediate.
    3. Students who have secured a free seat through EAMCET/EAPCET or NEET for Medical, Engineering, Agriculture or Pharmacy courses are eligible. Such applicants must upload a copy of their official seat-allotment letter along with the application.
    4. Students who have secured a government/convener-quota seat with full tuition-fee waiver through a recognised Andhra Pradesh or Telangana entrance examination are eligible. They must upload the official seat-allotment letter.
    5. Ph.D. students are eligible to apply only if they are not receiving any other scholarship or fellowship.
    6. This scholarship is open only to students who are permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. Applicants must provide their State, District, Mandal/Taluk/Tehsil, Village/Town/City, and PIN Code in this application. Applications from students residing outside these two States will not be considered.

    Submission of an application does not guarantee the award of a scholarship. Applications will be screened for completeness and eligibility. Financial need will be considered during the selection process along with academic merit and the Trust’s available resources. Shortlisted applicants may be contacted for verification. The decision of Kaundinya Educational Trust shall be final, subject to its published scholarship policy.

  • Note:

    1. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria allows a student to apply; it does not guarantee the award of a scholarship.
    2. Students pursuing Engineering, Medicine, or postgraduate courses who have previously received a scholarship from the Trust may also apply provided they continue to meet the applicable eligibility criteria and subject to the availability of Trust funds.

  • Important Upload Note:

    This application uses Google Forms and Google Drive for document uploads. Please upload only the documents requested in this form. Your submitted information and documents will be accessible only to authorised persons handling the Kaundinya Scholarship process.

  • Document Upload Instructions

    1. Please upload one clear and complete file for each required document. Accepted file formats are PDF, JPG and PNG only. Each file must not exceed 10 MB.
    2. Ensure that every document is clearly readable, properly oriented and fully visible, including all pages where applicable. Do not upload password-protected, encrypted, cropped, blurred or incomplete files. Please check each uploaded document carefully before submitting the application.
    3. Privacy Reminder: Please upload only the documents requested for this application. Do not upload Aadhaar, bank-account details, passwords, QR codes, or any document containing such information. Redact these details before uploading a document.

  • Documents to Keep Ready (to be uploaded, where applicable)

    1. Student Photo (Image): A coloured passport-size photograph taken on or after 1 January 2026.
    2. Parent/Legal Guardian Income Certificate (FY 2025-26) (PDF or Image)
    3. Reservation Category ⁄ PwD Certificate (PDF or Image) if applicable
    4. Recommendation letter (PDF or Image) from the village/ward official, Government employee, or a responsible person who knows the applicant’s family. The letter must be signed and dated and include the recommender’s full name, designation, mobile number, relationship or familiarity with the applicant’s family, and a brief recommendation. Please obtain the recommender’s permission before providing their name, designation, and mobile number. It is optional.
    5. Study Certificate (2026-27) (PDF or Image) from Present School, College or University.
    6. Marks List (Examination Passed) (2025-26) (PDF or Image)
    7. Entrance Rank Card (2026) (PDF or Image) if the applicant appeared for an entrance examination.
    8. Free Seat Allotment Letter (2026) (PDF or Image) if a free seat has been secured through an entrance examination.
